As the busy 2023 construction season comes to an end, many milestones were reached to support the development of our growing community.

Water drainage in the North Pond, located on the southeast corner of Shaganappi Trail NW and 32nd Avenue NW, is required to be completed as part of the Surface Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) work. Work is expected to begin December 18.

The City of Calgary has approved a noise bylaw exemption from the Community Standards Bylaw (32M2023, Noise) on Dec 4 and Dec 19 for Block 15, a purpose-built residential project located at 4055 Kovitz Ave NW.

Please be advised, Homes by Avi will be removing existing pilings on Block 17, located between University Avenue and McCaig Street. This is expected to being on Monday, November 20, 2023.

A temporary pedestrian pathway closure is required to improve the safety and walkability of the highlighted area along McLaurin Street northbound. Construction activities will commence to lower the slope and grades.

Please be advised, Dean’s Landing, a condominium and stacked townhome residential project by Rohit Communities, is on track to commence underground construction by April 3 and requires a temporary full road and sidewalk closure for safety.
