University District’s retail main street was designed to thrive off patrons that come to shop, eat, explore and get social — experiencing the community and connecting with one another. Designed with walkability in mind, this new retail destination in the city will not only serve the residents of the community but also the surrounding established neighbourhoods — a combined estimated trade area of 74,000 residents within 5 km by 2020.
