To create a complete, vibrant and sustainable community that enhances the university experience while harmonizing with surrounding neighbourhoods.

We’ve developed a vision built on creating connections. U/D is a community that will bring Calgarians together to interact, build life-long memories and relationships. Focused on being feet first with thoughtfully designed pathway systems and green spaces that draw residents outside by foot or bike. With sustainable development at it’s core we are proud to be setting a standard for what environmentally sustainable communities look like. U/D is proud to be certified as a LEED ND Platinum community. The first in Alberta and largest in Canada to date.

We are curating our retail main street where there will be availability for both retail and office tenants. Opportunities also exist for builders of residential and office projects and these sites may be advertised through a Request for Proposals process.
