West Campus Development Trust’s University District Welcomes Esquire from Truman

West Campus Development Trust (the Trust) and Calgary home builder Truman are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of Esquire, a distinguished condominium residence within University District. Thoughtful and functional design is at the core of Esquire, with a strong focus on customization. Residents can select from a variety of colour palettes and flooring options. Further, each residence offers triple-pane oversized windows, an expansive kitchen island with an integrated eating area that can seat six people, custom-made Lewis Dolin kitchen cabinet hardware and brilliant custom-made kitchen lighting.

Esquire residents will enjoy kitchen appliances from Panasonic, Elica Palermo, Fisher and Paykel, as well as a 30-inch gas range with convection oven and an integrated dishwasher.

Upon completion, Esquire will be comprised of 185 single-level residences in two four-storey buildings, ranging in size from 652 square feet to 1,237 square feet, with a starting price point of $291,370.
