University District to Host Public Builder Launch to Celebrate Newest Townhome Project
The newly announced residential project by Crystal Creek Homes will be formally launched to the public this weekend with a show suite along with unique food and entertainment.
University District is celebrating the launch of its newest residential offering, a luxury townhome project by Crystal Creek Homes. The new build, called GUILD, will feature 40 two-and three-bedroom units with luxury finishes and sophisticated layouts.
What: Public builder launch event for GUILD by Crystal Creek Homes. The event will be the first opportunity for members of the public to see the show suite and put a deposit on available units. Entertainment at the event will include a gourmet affogato station in partnership with Village Ice Cream and Monogram coffee and live performances by flamenco guitarist Ricardo Sánchez and dancer Silvia Temis.
Where: University District Discovery Centre at 4410 University Ave NW, Calgary, AB T2L 2K7. When: Saturday, May 4 from 12 – 5 p.m.
Who: This event will be open to the public and is free to attend. Spokespeople from University District and Crystal Creek Homes will be on-site and available for media interviews between 12 – 2 p.m.

Parking: University District offers free two-hour surface lots and a free three-hour underground parkade. License plates must be registered at one of the Calgary Parking Authority machines located at each lot and the parkade. Additional parking will be available on the streets.
