University District Presents a New Townhome Project: GUILD by Crystal Creek Homes
GUILD will offer roof top patios and private elevators in 40 residential units spanning six buildings upon completion.
University District continues to grow its residential offerings with the addition of a new builder, Crystal Creek Homes. Their newest project, GUILD by Crystal Creek Homes (GUILD) will offer 40, two and three-bedroom townhouse units across six buildings, combining elegance and comfort. Each unit will boast over 2,000 sq. ft. private elevators, rooftop patios and double garages, main floor balconies, modern amenities, spacious layouts and sophisticated design elements. GUILD is also anticipated to achieve the BUILT GREEN® Gold certification adding to the community’s sustainability standards.

Upon completion, the community will feature approximately 7,100 residential units, 15,000 residents and 300,000 sq. ft. of retail along its Retail Main Street.
