University District Celebrates New Concrete Condo Project with Free Public Launch Event
University District is hosting a public builder launch event for its newest luxury concrete-built condominium project, Magna by Jayman BUILT (Jayman). The event will mark Jayman’s debut as the newest builder joining University District, accompanied with the grand opening of their new presentation centre. Guests can experience Magna’s European-inspired kitchens and smart home technology while enjoying live entertainment. The free event will include live music from a Calgary Philharmonic quartet, light refreshments and a raclette cheese board experience. Market Wines will also be onsite to guide adult visitors through a worldly wine tasting.

Where: University District Discovery Centre at 4410 University Ave NW, Calgary, AB T2L 2K7.
When: Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 12 – 5 p.m.
Who: This event will be open to the public* and is free to attend. Spokespeople from University District and Jayman will be on-site and available for media interviews between 12 – 2 p.m.
*The Market Wines taste experience is reserved for visitors over 18 years of age.
Parking: University District offers free two-hour surface lots and a free three-hour underground parkade. License plates must be registered at one of the Calgary Parking Authority machines located at each lot and the parkade. Additional parking will be available on the streets.
