Senior’s Residence Announced at University District – West Campus Development Trust Partners with The Brenda Strafford Foundation

University District in NW Calgary meeting demand for aging population with announcement of
new 240-unit seniors residence to open in 2020.

Research and learning through collaboration with University of Calgary’s Brenda Strafford Centre on Aging to deepen local and national importance.

Calgary, AB – August 21, 2017: West Campus Development Trust in tandem with The Brenda Strafford Foundation announce Cambridge Manor, a state-of-the-art senior living facility within Calgary’s University District. The 217,000 square-foot building breaks ground in early 2018 and is set to open in 2020.
