The University District Night Market is Back Featuring Local Vendors and Entertainment

The U/D Night Market will be held again on the last Wednesday of each month from May through September at Central Commons Park.

Returning for the 2025 season, University District (U/D) will be hosting the first U/D Night Market event on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Featuring local artisan vendors in partnership with Marketspot, this free outdoor event offers visitors exceptional entertainment for the entire family to enjoy. The U/D Night Market takes place on the final Wednesday of each month until September with different activities at each event.

What: Shop local artisan vendors while enjoying live performances, including the soulful sounds of Southwest Electric and Duke Domino. Joash Charles will kick off the night with an energetic DJ set and The Jason Circus Variety Show will offer entertaining fun for all ages.

Where: Central Commons Park at University District between Borough Bar + Grill and The Banquet. A Google Maps link to this event’s location is here for easy access.

When: Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 5 to 9 p.m.

Entertainment Schedule:

5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.: Joash Charles

6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Duke Domino

7:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: The Jason Circus Variety Show

8:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.: The Jason Circus Playshop

8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.: Southwest Electric

Who: Spokespeople from University District will be on-site and available for media interviews between 5 and 7 p.m.
