Please be advised, Dean’s Landing, a condominium and stacked townhome residential project by Rohit Communities, is on track to commence underground construction by April 3. The project is located west of Capella and requires a temporary full road and sidewalk closure for the safety of the surrounding areas which will impact street parking on Lebel Cres on all sides.
